I’ll be honest with you.
Before starting Plumbino, one thing always frustrated me about the plumbing industry.
I’d see homeowners handed quotes for thousands of dollars, given barely any explanation, and then expected to just pay up.
Half the time, they didn’t even understand what was wrong, let alone why it cost so much to fix.
And I kept thinking… how is that fair?
These are people’s homes and hard-earned money. The least they deserve is someone who takes five minutes to explain what’s actually going on.
That’s why I started Plumbino.
I wanted to build a plumbing company where you actually understand what you’re paying for. Where we explain the problem, walk you through your options, and never make you feel pressured into something you don’t need.
No scare tactics. No confusing quotes. Just good, honest plumbing.
That’s the way it should’ve been all along.
